Why was the Mosley-Judah fight canceled instead of postponed?

From what i read the fight got canceled cuz judah got injured, but he fought last week with clottey, so why was it cancled instead of postponed, he could of faught mosley instead of clottey.

Zab Judah and his people have been saying that Zab fell through a shower door and cut his arm really badly.  The truth is that he got into an argument with his father/trainer Yoel Judah and he threw a temper tantrum and punched the glass shower door.  As a result, his arm got cut really badly and the fight was called off.  He wanted to reschedule the fight, but Shane Mosley (and his wife) no longer wanted to fight him because they felt that he wasted their time.  Zab did fight Joshua Clottey last week, but by that time his arm was already healed; if he had fought Mosley in May like he was supposed to, he would have fought with a busted-up arm but the Clottey fight was in August (3 months later).  Plus, Mosley has now decided to fight Ricardo Mayorga in October.

Jin Mosley seems to call the shots in Shane's career, and she felt Zab no longer deserved the shot at Shane after Zab got injured, so she nixed the fight altogether. Floyd Mayweather Jr. often makes fun of the way Jin Mosley controls Shane's career, saying that Shane is whipped and not his own man, maybe he has a point, lol!

You can thank Jin Mosley (his wife) for that one. I dont know her exact role in Mosely's career other than being his wife. i am trying to find the link for you where she called the fight off, it was actually her decision, she said something along the lines that Zab basically ruined his shot at fighting Shane, Zab's promoter or manager, dont know which asked for a postponment but it was Shane's wife who said no and they are no longer interested in fighting Zab. i will edit this answer as soon as i can find the link to what she said.
