I think Jason Bateman is a great actor but to make a sequel to a movie with a lead actor who is different from the one in the orginal, I really don't understand this concept. Was the original Teen Wolf movie so successful that a sequel was going to be made no matter who starred? What was the studios thinking and have you ever met anyone who liked Teen Wolf Too?

  1. Teen Wolf Too is an awful money, the motivation is simple greed.

  2. It was made because it was easier to sell the idea a sequel to a successful movie to a studio, and to get funding for it, than it was to do the same with an original piece.

Hollywood is rarely original, and is often loathed to take the risks of making an original production when they can use an existing formula.

  3. It was made to punish humanity.

  4. Because the first one was a hit made on a relatively low budget, partially because it capitalized on Michael J. Fox's fame from "Family Ties" and "Back to the Future".  Also, at the time, Jason Bateman was starring on "The Hogan Family", so they figured that might draw people in.

I haven't seen the movie in years...it was horrible when I saw it last.  The original isn't that great either (though Scott Paulin and Jay Tarses are priceless), but I loved it when I was a kid...it was actually one of the first movies we ever rented (the other was "Superman").

  5. Money talks

  6. because teen wolf one made money
