  1. There were a lot of Europeans there.  Same as for Hatton.  Joe also played up to the crowd more, while Hopkins was the one slowing down the pace with constant holding and acting from "low blows"

  5. because the crowd were british thugs, who are well known across europe for getting drunk easily and causing trouble  but haven't got a reputation in america yet

  6. Because the majority were 'WHITE PEOPLE.' Believe me, people cheer for race more then they do countries. Example: I'm from America but I'd rather Lennox Lewis get the victory over a White American if they fought. That's just how it is.
