We were shocked that at the biggest day of his life his mother was nowhere to be seen.

Can anyone explain?

  9. what those others guys said

as much as I dislike him

  10. She is dead!

  11. She died from CANCER

  12. If you knew anything about him, you would know why she was not there. My guess is that you do know, and are trying to make some bizarre, negative and untruthful point.

His wife, daughters, and sister were there. His grandmother was unable to travel due to her health. Michelle's family was there.

Barack's grandparents partially raised him as Anne was working over seas, and he wanted to return to the US.

  13. she died a few years ago

  14. His mother died years ago of cancer. His grandmother was there

  15. d**n...does he have the power to raise the dead, too?

  16. She died very young of ovarian cancer that's why Obama's white grandparents raise him. He mention her in his speech. *00*

  17. His mother is dead.  So is her father and all grandparents except his grandmother who is in ill health.  He visited her in Hawaii recently.  It was not just a vacation.

And "Armychic" you are wrong that none of his family were at the convention.  His half sister gave a speech!

  18. His mother is deceased, where have you been, under a rock...

  19. Barack Obama's mother died of cancer several years ago.  Oh.  And she had just changed jobs when the cancer was discovered and the insurance company told her it was a preexisting condition.

  20. Only Michelle was there. None of hi family (white or black) seem to be supporting him.

    Can't imagine why.

  21. I am most certain she was there in his heart.
