After all the LIES, from the day he stole his way into office, ehem, sorry, "elected",to the infringement on citizens' privacy, the lies told to gain support for the war, the torture of POWs...etc.For God's sake he KNEW there weren't any WMDs and claimed there were!!! The crimes this administration has committed, and the way they dodge responsibility by claiming "executive privilege".Why did the impeachment process go so far with so little for Clinton, and it never even got off the ground with this criminal?

  1. I think that (in general, of course) we have become to complacent as a whole.  Don't get me wrong ... a lot of people are very active politically.  I believe a combination of a number of things contribute....

    a. We've become to busy with our own problems to really and actively do something about it.

    b. Some think that we just don't know enough or aren't sure enough to actually take it that far.

    c. In a Republicans mindset it is a little "fo pau" to be an activist.

    d. Some feel that politicians are a group of people that don't fulfill all of their promises.

    e. ......

I'm sure there are oodles more ....

  2. Because powerful people wanted this to happen.

  3. Because nobody provided any evidence of wrongdoing.

No matter how many times you spam your accusations, it doesn't make them true.

As for Clinton's impeachment, while I disagreed with it, there was evidence supporting the charge that he had committed a felony (perjury).

  4. because you didnt impeach him!!! you blew it!!!

  5. Nancy Pelosi is culpable for some of the crimes that Bush would/will be impeached for since she was fully informed of the illegal torture techniques and did not even try to stop it.

    CYA, baby.

  6. Well, none of that stuff you just mentioned actually happened. THOSE are the real lies.

In other words, he hasn't done anything wrong. Want proof? He hasn't been impeached. Full circle.

  7. Because there was no high crime or misdemeanor which 218 Members of the House of Representatives could agree on as an Article of Impeachment to present to the Senate so that body could consider whether to vote removal from office.

In the case of President William Jefferson Clinton, the Articles presented to the Senate missed the point entirely. Never covered or discussed was how Ms. Lewinsky was able to move into a paid position at the Pentagon requiring a Top Secret clearance and whether the required background investigation prior to granting that clearance was ever conducted. If it was not and the President ordered that it not be conducted, then that is a high crime. It is a violation of the National Security Act of 1947, et. seq.

As for the WMDs issue, I invite you to read the source blow. It is the text of the Congressional Authorization for Offensive Military Operations Against Iraq passed in October of 2002. Several months before we launched those operations in March of 2003. Begin at the first "whereas" and learn the reasons behind that offensive. You will find that the Congress concluded that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction in 1998, when William Jefferson Clinton was President. I've also added that link as the second source.

  8. Because he's done NOTHING wrong.  Everything he's "done" has been approved by congress!!  He never stole the d**n election either - get the h**l over that!

Educate yourself before you look even more foolish.

  9. As you can see by the numerous answers supporting Bush, America is not (err how do I put this in a nice way) compitent enought to impeach such a tyrant.

  10. No, you have Bush mixed up with Clinton, who was impeached for  lying to federal authorities about having s*x in the Oval Office and inserting a foreign object into the v****a of a federal employee.  While the Senate did not find him guilty of his impeachment, Clinton was later found guilty (the only President) of a misdemeanor for violating the privacy act by making public Kathleen Willey's letters. As you'll recall, Clinton groped Willey in the Oval Office.  He later instructed his secretary and staff to lie to investigators about Lewinsky, Jones, and Willey, while his wife lied about hiring private investigators to harrass those ladies.  How low can one get and abuse the privilege of the Oval Office?

  11. We all know that he lied, but nobody wants to face it, plus as you can read some of the answers to this question, alot of people are brainwash by this man, but we didn't push it so its our fault he wasn't impeached

  12. And what proof do you have that this is true and not just lying proproganda from the media who has been known to lie again and again?

  13. Because he hasn't done anything legally wrong.  He simply made very, very bad decisions. There's no proof that he knew there were no WMD's. That's not solid enough.
