Because she doesn't have to prove to anyone that she's really a patriot, unlike the neo-Communist/terrorist sympathizer Obama.

Obama had to wear one because his handlers told him to "look like he loves America". He has no other reason for wearing one, and I doubt he has any love for our country at all. His vile and obnoxious wife definitely hates America, judging by the thinly veiled contempt she displays whenever the subject comes up.
