Why wasn't i able to see photos?

I tried to get some photos of actors actresses in c.s.i when i tried to retrieve them image wasn't available

I assume you 'right clicked' to save the pics, but perhaps saving has been disabled on those pics (this is done on photo sites like flickr sometimes).
