  1. Salt lakes form when the water flowing into the lake, containing salt or minerals, cannot leave because the lake is endorheic or terminal. The water then evaporates, leaving behind any dissolved salts and thus increasing its salinity, making a salt lake an excellent place for salt production. High salinity will also lead to a unique flora and fauna in the lake in question; sometimes, in fact, the result may be an absence or near absence of life near the salt lake.

The Black Sea is not a salt water sea.  The Caspian Sea is a salt water sea.

  2. Water in the Great Lakes comes from rivers and streams and flows out unidirectionally via rivers to the ocean.  Freshwater enters the Black Sea via rivers such as the Don, Dniester and Danube, but the Black Sea also has a 2-way exchange with the Mediterranean Sea (which is directly connected to the Atlantic Ocean).

  3. The Great Lakes empty into the St. Lawrence River, so the salt continually flushes away. The Black Sea is at the same level as the Mediterranean, so they continually exchange salt water.

  4. idk

  5. they make you shower before entering

  6. the great lakes where never connected directly to the ocean, instead they where created by rain, runoff, and mainly glacier melt 10000's years ago.  they finally got full enough to flow to the ocean by way of the st. lawrence river

on the other hand, the black sea many years ago was connected to the aegean sea, which is connected to the sea of marmara, between the sea of marmara and the black sea is a thin isthmus which now separates them, but this didnt always exsist,

plate movements in the earth crust finally cause changes in the surface, and that small piece of land finally separated the black sea from the sea of marmara, and the salt it already contained. look at this map.
