Why we Common ppl have to sponsor Da royalty for their entertainment activities.

i have seen especially da young royal generation go to night clubs, holiday aborad and do other entertainment activities . But they use the tax payer's money. We as tax payers do our work from 9 oclock to sometime 10 oclock in the night and most of our hard earned money will be converted in to tax. Ther is nothing wroung in that. But when it comes to maintaining the so called royal family , they use up our hard earned money to enjoy their life rather than doing something useful for the community. There is nothing wrong with the process of having a royal family but they should do something in return for us rather than just make fun and waste the money. I think the older generations (Queen , Princess Anne , Prince Charles do their bit) but others just a burden to the community. Especially da younger generation. I READ THAT PRINCE WILLIAM SPENT HIS HOLIDAYS IN 500 P A NIGHT HOTEL IN HIS RECENT GET2GETHER.

  1. the queen is a very, very, very rich woman, but in her deluded mind she honestly thinks its our duty as working class to keep her and her spoilt family in the life of luxury.  The Russians shot their royal family.  I think they had the right idea

  2. Get a life you stupid ******** and read up about our Royal Family and how money is spent. You could also try going to school and learning how to spell correctly.

  3. Well, it is much better to have the Royal Family representing the nation at ceremonial functions. Can you just imagine the git Blair or Brown would have chosen if we had some sort of 'president'. It would have been somebody like the loathsome Neil Kinnock.

  4. The Royals cost the individual tax payer 64p a year, now I would say that's pretty good value.

  5. The Royal Family contribute millions of pounds to the treasury every year, and pay income tax as well. Only the Queen and Prince Philip receive money from the Civil List, which is a mere fraction of the money that is paid to the treasury from the Royal Estates. The Queen reimburses allowances made to family members.

Prince William and Prince Harry receive allowances from the Duchy of Cornwall, which is the private revenue of the Prince of Wales. This is not taxpayers revenue.

I believe you are paying something like 63p per year for the support of the Royal Family.

  6. Perhaps the amount of money used in the maintenance of the institution of the Monarchy does seem high to the man in the street. I for one, would not want to swap places with them for a moment. I enjoy my own life, my freedom of movement and the ability to let my hair down (what little I have left!)

Petty jealousy is a terrible thing.

Your name sake by the way is 11 th in line to the Throne.
