Why we cant fill out a job application for publix online?

i want to know why we cant apply online cause i am tryin to get a job to take care me and my family and I need for college.

Every employer makes its own rules and that is the way Publix has chosen to do their hiring.Maybe it is important to themto know someone wants the job enough to bother going by the store and flling something out.

you have to go to the computer at the store.

they dont let you apply online like at kroger
