Not all electric vehicles come under this category.For electric vehicle with above 250 watts motor a valid license and registration is essential to ride the vehicle in the road.Otherwise u can enjoy, even after drinking.Now a days peoples are using Ev under 250 watts to go for drinking.No policeman can do any thing against you.Enjoy.Cheers.
