Why were the employees at forever 21....?

so mean?? like everytime i go there, they act like they're the $hit. like today i was minding my own business looking at jeans, and one of the ladys just gave me a s****. look. and i had to go back to the fitting room a few times, and everytime i went there, the lady would roll her eyes! they do that everytime im there. has that happened to you?

which one did you go to? i go to the newpark mall one...yes they are sometimes mean but just ignore it, they probably think you are a s**t and one of those really annoying girls.JUST IGNORE THEM!

hmm well thats really odd.When I go into forever 21 the employees there are really nice to me.

i think its not just forever 21, its business everywhere. Employee's should do their job, and do their job HAPPILY, i mean thats what they get paid to do.

If i were you, i would write a letter to the store manager and let him know that his workers were not doing their job, and being bitchy to all extent and dis pleasuring your shopping experience. In no way should you accept that, you pay for the girls salary with your spending anyways!

Many times, you'll get a gift card, or a sorry letter in the mail. Whatever you do, DONT GIVE IT UP. Trust me, the more you do this, the better service people get. People get lazy.

i went in there looking for a shirt i found iit but the buttons where missing i asked an employee where i could find the rest since the store is all over the place and she looked @ me as if i was disturbing her and pointing in the opposite direction of where we were .... i stayed where i was b/c i had a feeling she was lying while flippin throught the racks a bunch of clothes that she was fixing fell on the floor and i gave her a look like say something ***** that was too funny

That's exactly how the employees at forever 21 in my mall are like. They always just stand on the side and give everyone really s****. looks. I was there with my sister yesterday and there was this huge line at the cash register and there were 5 people behind the counter and only one person actually ringing up clothes. So then this one guy opens a new register, rings up one person and closes his register. I absolutely love that store but a lot of the employees look like they don't even want to work there.

I'm well beyond 21 and was buying something for a teen and out of curiousity I wanted to try it on for myself (although we're no where near the same size)  I was buying a small for her and was trying a medium on when the girl suggested I get a large.  I said "Excuse me!?  I think I know what size I am"  and she replied "I just want to let you know they run small and if you tear it you have to buy it"  I was pi$$ed.  I immediately asked for the manager and when I didn't get anywhere I wrote their corporate office who promptly sent me a letter of appology and a gift certifate that I auctioned online.  Like I'm EVER going to go back in there!!!

And these employees started laughing. Then I heard one of the employees said "that guy's g*y". That was soo rude..

OHMYGOSH!! ik some over the ppl there are some s****. like with the customers. like last time i was there i got some major attitude from them and i just put down everything i planned on buying and left. they are gonna lose business if the workers stay like that.
