Why were there so many empty seats at the RNC?

I didn't see that one time at the DNC......... there were whole rows of seats empty.

Makes one wonder, I just heard that Arkansas has Passed on their Vote.

  3. Those seats belonged to the Reps from the Gulf Coast who had to be in their home States because of Hurricanes Gustav and Hannah...

    Also, people left their seats and moved up to the podium (like a concert).

    the democrats seats were full, the house was rocking, it was full of spirit and enthusiasm..people were laughing, crying.

    At the RNC, people were sleeping...Palins own daughter the preg one wouldnt even smile, she wouldnt even stand when her mother introduced her....they are just dull people..that want to raise our taxes  once again...we cant do 8 more years!!

  10. Haha... the remaining Republicans in this country will try to make as many excuses as possible. The fact is Republicans just don't have the same support base the Democrats do and rightfully so. And I am insulted by the arrogant things Republicans say like one I noticed on here which stated there weren't many people at the RNC because "We have jobs." That's horrible... because with so many people struggling and losing their jobs because of the economy and jobs being shipped overseas while certain Republicans get to sit around with their job security. Pisses me off! For Republicans... as long as things are alright with you personally, that's all that matters... doesn't matter about the people that are struggling.

    She's doing more gossip mongering rather than telling people what she stands FOR.

    She should have used this time to tell what she is "FOR", what she intends to bring to the ticket, and "HOW" she's going to do it.

    I've yet to hear anything that she is going to DO (other than be an advocate for those with special needs children... which is the least she could do).

  15. THOSE WERE NOT EMPTY SEATS.I THINK I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.THOSE UPPER SEATS TO THE LEFT OF THE PODIUM.THOSE ARE PRESS ROW BOXES COVERED WITH WHITE TARP AS A TYPE OF SOUND WALL FOR AUDIO AND RECORDING FOR THE MEDIA.

  22. They didn't miss a thing since the vibe there was a bit too odd.  Nobody seemed genuinely happy nor was it a celebration.  People know way too much about Palin and its all NEGATIVE..ha!

  23. because the psychotic democrat protesters outside violently threatened and attacked people trying to enter, perhaps, or maybe the seats were empty because people were dancing for joy in the aisles.  Or some combination thereof.
