Why when I browse my attachment files and when I open it path not exist?

Presuming you're trying to open attachments sent from other people, one reason they may not open is that the person specified a path that is on his computer.  Since that path does not exist on your computer, you can't get to the attachment to open it.  Another reason is that the person might have tried to attach something directly from a website instead of saving it on his hard drive first.  Some email clients (but not all) won't open attachments sent directly from a website.
