Why when I burn any movies/ Tv shows nd play them on the DVD, the video freezes alot?

....It always happen at the end of a movie / at the last episode of TV show the video always freeze for like few second while the video is playing (ie: the counter is on ) .......then it freezes for like 5-10 mins its really annoying.( But the movie play normally on the PC )

I always use Nero for burning ....I tried to use another one ...the movie went ok but after few movies....it began to happen again.......

I have 2 DVD Players this problem happened in both so its not the DVD player ( when I borrow DVDs from ma friends it works normally) ....I changed the DVD writer on my PC ......I burned some movies from the Laptop........And the same problem happens.....

So any idea what the problem might be ??
