Why when I leave messenger and I sighn into my cell number I am not getting a SMS mesg to my cell saying mobil

I use to get a SMS mesg to my mobile device that I signed out of messenger and now am on Yahoo mobile. when I signed out from my mobile I also use to get a SMS mesg saying I have sigend out of mobile messenger. Now I am getting nothing so I know my status. I get no messages to let me know I am on mobile messenger. Do not confuse this with mobile web GO YAHOO. Yahoo customer service will not give me a correct answear. is anyone else having this problem?

Check with your mobile operator as they may have some communication problem with yahoo
