  1. I get that way, mostly in the morning. I have to lay back down for a few minutes to feel better?

  2. Ah, I get that too. I feel a bit dizzy for a little bit too.

I don't know why it is but I sure would like to know.

  3. i have the ame problem, you should go to your doctor. If you want to know the reason why i wrote that is below...look.

  4. has to do with gravity. If you do a handstand, blood rushes to your head. When you get up quickly, blood follows gravity.

  5. When you lie down, your muscles are not doing much, so your body does not need much oxygen.  Your heart rate slows down.  When you stand up, the heart needs to pump harder to get oxygen to your leg muscles, which are now working, and has to put the blood all the way back up the legs and all the way up to the head.  It takes a bit of time for your heart rate to adjust, so for a short time, you have less blood going to your brain than you need, which gives you a few seconds of dizziness.

  6. I get that to. Lightheaded and sometimes i cant see for a few seconds lol. Its somthing to do with blood rushing through you when u get up quickly.
