Why when after I turn my low energy bulb off do i occasionally see a dim flash of light in the bulb?

  1. maybe it is charged particles in gases calming down.


  2. they run on low energy meaning wen they light a little but the dim light helps it shine more like glow stiks if u add more light to it, it will shine more.
