Why when asked of the most arrogant (c*ckiest) players in the game is it always a Yankee or a Red Sox?

I mean is it all fans of Red Sox and Yankees answering these questions? It's pretty overwhelming the response these 2 teams got.

In my eyes the most arrogant player in the game is AJ Piersynzski. Not only do most fans hate this guy, but most players in the league hate this guy as well.

I would go with Jose Reyes.  Maybe it's not so much arrogance, but just immaturity.  In a game against the Yankees I think, he got charged for an error which should have been on Delgado.  Instead of just letting it go and playing the game, he was chucking his glove, rolling his eyes, and really showing up his veteran teammate.  That type of stuff plus his ridiculous shenanigans in the dugout is enough for me.

AJ is having a great year, batting around .290, but his fellow players elected Jason Varitek, who is batting around the Mendoza line, to the All Star game.  That speaks volumes.

Though I agree Manny Ramirez though being 'Manny Being Manny' (which can be great for the game) he goes way overboard when he stares at his homerun.

cause those people probably dont really follow baseball, and just through out the first name they could think of which turns out to be a red sox or yankee, which isnt a surprise they are the only players they hear of

I've never seen AJ play. But in my honest opinion, A-Rod is the most arrogant player out there.
