DVD players recognize the structure of the DVD using folders called VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS.  All of the information is usually in the VIDEO_TS folder, but DVD players sometimes require that AUDIO_TS folder to understand disc, even if there is nothing in that folder. The program you are using probably doesn't add that folder (AUDIO_TS) to the new disc.

Or it could be that the DVD you are copying is encoded in a different region than you DVD player can handle.

Please make sure your DVD format is right, otherwise some DVD player cant play it.

You just need to add a AUDIO_TS under DVD folder.
