Why when i run a movie on my computer the voice is much lower than the background music?

u know what i mean to hear the voice i have to maximize the volume and the music become VERY loud

  1. Because they are all stupid!!!! don't ask who..=Dhehehehe

    in translated movies (for example english to russian) the voice is always louder than the music.
