  1. I kind of call it that catapault effect when you hit a ball behind you, whether it be groundstroke or serve. You are pulling the pull and you have less control, therefore pulling it past the baseline. Hitting in front of you, you are meeting the ball on your terms and coming thru the ball in a more balanced fashion.


  2. lol because if we hit it from the back of our body it would hit the wall or the lines people.
