Why why why!!!?

why do people answer questions when they have no idea on what they are saying... I have seen more stupid answers that said I don't know but try this... If you don't have an answer, don't bother...

does anyone else feel this way?

Yeah.  People just try to get points on here.  They don't understand that some people on here actually need real answers.  I also feel the same way about people who ask stupid questions that make no sense (but this question isn't one of them)

I most certainly agree. I haven't been on here long but I have seen some pretty silly things. One answer I saw actually said ..."I don't know, but thanks for the point." If you have no idea you should just steer clear of the question. Good on you for bringing it up. I've been thinking this a lot the last couple of days.
