BT make it virtually impossible for the deaf, dyslexic and bipolar to access their services efficently. WHY? Surely those who utilize services should get better care by their service providers. I'm sick of queues & forms and such. I use the phone to speak into it crackles back. I use the internet it cuts out. SORT IT SIMPLETONS B4 I SUE you under the disability discrimination acts guidelines. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
