Why will internet explorer 7 not save my login information>?

I have reset internet explorer 4 times using the reset function within options, I have deleted ALL cookies both within options and manually. My yahoo login setting are not being retained by internet explorer 7. I have to login each time I open the program.

  1. Ie -7.0 does that for security reasons .
