  1. WELL 15 REPS IS FOR TONING THE MUSCLES. 6-12 FOR HYPOTROPHY MUSCLE GROWTH. 1-4 FOR STRENGH

  2. he is true when you lift weights you must feel both you sore means that you have tore your muscles and they are building back bigger.

  3. Being sore isn't an efficient way of determining whether or not you got a good workout, but if you are sore that's very common from working out, so there's nothing to worry about.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by tight, if you mean that your muscle feels kind of stiff that's pretty normal too.

However, less reps do not tone your muscle or improve its appearance, that's a common myth.  If you want to tone you need to lift heavy, and you should only be able to do 4-8 repetitions.

The only way you will gain muscle mass is by eating more calories than you can burn.  If you don't consume more calories than you can burn and lift heavy, that is what tones you.

    Best of luck!
