Why won't CARE2 (petition site) let me upload a picture or publish my petition? Anyone know?

It lets me fill out everything in the petition, but it doesn't respond when I click the blue box to upload a picture or click the button to publish it.

-Anyone have an idea what the problem is?

If you are unable to publish your petition it may be because of the format of your personalized URL.  Read the error message that says your petition is saved but not published, it should give details.  If it is your personalized URL click on the "Custom Features" tab and make sure your URL does not contain any special characters and words are separated with dashes (-).  For the image you are trying to upload please be sure that it is in .jpg, .gif, or .png format, and under 1 MB in size.
