Why won't HP iPaq 111 connect to a locked network?

I'm having trouble connecting to my locked wireless net work.

When I unlock it, itll show up on my iPaq..

but when its locked..it won't show up anything..

even when i tried to set it up.

I really dont wanna return this 300 dollar thing that i bought online..

try to reset your thing if its still didnt work call the company for customer technical support they will help u with this and if u dont want to do that use it with unlock
