I recently burned a CD that was from a friend, and When i click on Get info, there is no Album Artwork tab. Is this because the CD is new and has a different format? Or is it a problem with itunes?

  1. you should be able to, download the latest version of iTunes and that should fully take away the problem

  2. itunes only automatically puts on Album Artwork that you purchased from the itunes store

  3. uhm

u need an itunes account to get the music artwork

Just left click on the songs and go down where it says get album artwork and it should download it

  4. The only thug you can do is yahoo serch the album cover, have iTunes open at the same time select al the songs on the album (click top song hold select click the botom song) that hold contole I and the file info will pop up drag and drop album art from yahoo and drop it on the the only spot onthe album file, under album ithink

  5. If you burned it from a friend's copy, its probably an illegal copy.  The code encrypted into the music data for the album artwork doesn't copy over from the original, I bet.

If you want the album artwork and other features, you have to pay for the CD either by buying the music online from iTunes or by buying a hard copy of the CD.
