Why won't Jukebox Plus play some albums in correct track order?

Before you answer, let me say that yes, I did edit the track info. Also, the shuffle is turned off. If someone could tell me how to correct that, or if it's even possible to do so, I'd be ever so thankful.

Edit the track info from file in windows, not the info in Jukebox.

As in my music folder -> select mp3(or whatever) file ->right click -> properties -> advanced.
