Why won't Schwarzenegger come out of the closet?

California used to be one of the worst polluted states in the country. Now that's it's gone green under Arnold, why won't he at least go Independent? What does he have to gain by remaining Republican?

Arnold's future political life, after the Governorship is virtually nil.  To my knowledge he can not campaign for any type of federal office.  Whether or not he feels himself to be now more Independent or not, is irrelevant.  The fact that he has remained Republican after so many years of having lived with an ultraliberal woman, must mean something.

  7. What are you talking about. I have know people whom are what you will call environmentalist and they are Republicans. I know alot of Republicans who do there best to take care of the earth.
