According to the offical T-Mobile website their associates are knowledgeable, tech savvy people that understand and practice good customer service. They prefer somebody with one year experience...well i have 5 years worth. But they just wont hire me. What should i do? I frequently call the closest store to my house and the manager there says," I'll call you back", everytime I call. Its almost like shes blowing me off. I mean if your not hiring just say we're not hiring right now. What should i do? ..and by the way you guys kick *** with the honesty you put into your answers...thanx

  1. Could be a few things. One, they aren’t highering or you don’t click with the management at that store (managers higher people they like, not people that annoy them).

Two, you say you have five years of experience. Ever think you could be over qualified for a position? It happens. A lot of places like people that have some experience but that are not veterans in their field, its very hard to retrain someone set in their old ways. Three, too much experience + lots of motivation = a perceived threat to the managers position. Would you higher someone that was so good that they could actually replace you? Try another store. Maybe try Sprint or Verizon.

  2. Either a) they're not hiring, b) they are hiring but you annoyed them with your frequent calls went they weren't hiring, or c) you suck and they just don't want to tell you.
