Why won't Yahoo! let me pay them more money?

I wanted Yahoo! to host my new domain, but I could not log in to purchase it. I was already logged in to my email and MyYahoo!, but when it asked me to verify my password the page kept reloading when I logged in, instead of going to the payment screen. Yahoo! tech support was no help and instead told me how to clear my cache, FTP, and other things I already knew =)

yahoo has this problem often- try lowering the firewall or a different browswer - IE firefox

thats what worked for me.

Also you can edit your info and enable express checkout at http://wallet.yahoo.com

This will help you avoid that screen all together.

it's likely to be your browser issue, not yahoo's problem. also depends when you tried it, it was sluggish on all servers last weekend. the page may not update.
