Why won't Yahoo music work for me?

I d/l the software, went thru' the setup, it says 'done'. Yet, says I haven't completed the process (doesn't say what I missed). I can't play music, drag for playlist or anything! Nothing happens when I try. What did I miss??

Do you have DSL, Cable, ect?

That tends to be a problem for Yahoo Music and Aol  Music, ect...

if thats not the problem, make sure you are downloading the program to PROGRAM FILES...

you can find this in MY COMPUTER, click, local disk (C), click...search for program files and open...then down load!

yahoo is having some problems they are not working well in a lot of their programs. Give it about a week, they will be back on track.
