Why won't fulltilt poker respond to email questions?

They had a routine maintenance issue on 2-21 with 5 min. notice which shut me out of a game only to come back and have lost. Feb. 22 I was in a game and the cards were rapid fire dealing and folding big/little blinds and all players were shut out. I inquired about these two legitimate questions and have received nothing in response.

They've been having trouble with the site, lasting more than a few days from what I understand.  Generally, if you're in the middle of a hand, ring game or tourney, you'll be appropriately reimbursed...if not, a little more.  It might take a week or so, but they'll make good with the amount and properly adjust it if you were in a tournament.
