Why won't girls ask guys out?

Girls have it so easy, when it comes to relationships its all yes and no, and they dont even have to waste $5000+ on a wedding ring! Plus, they think they understand "love" more when they need magazines to help them with all these "signs"

becuase if you guys are such "men" then you should have the balls to ask us out. if you dont then we arent asking you out...

With some guys it can be hard to tell because they are flirts.  I am a bit shy in that sense.  however if I feel comfortable with the guy then I will just ask if they won't to go out (not necessarily on a date) and then just see what happens.

Plus when I guy asks you out it means he has confidence (which I like) and that he likes you enough to ask.
