Why won't it let me call?

I'm trying to call a city in my state and it says "To call this number you need a long distance access code" why its in state I'm a 414 number and the number i'm trying to call is a 920 number

Are you calling from a regular telephone line? Or are you at work?

If you are at work, contact your telephone service department.

If you are not, you may not have a long distance or regional calling provider, call your base provider to get more information (dial 611).

If you know your long distance/regional calling provider dial their customer service as well, they could have your number setup incorrectly.
