Why won't it let me on this site ?

a website that i want to go on wont let me on it , it keeps saying that you need help enabling your cookies when i have done everything correctly i have clicked accept cookies from sites and i have it in allowed sites , i have followed all instructions of how to fix cookies and it still says the same thing on the site i want to go on. please help .

Is this your own PC or is it your companies or schools?   There could be a restriction that forbids creating or updating cookies.  It also could be that there is a cookie but it is damaged.  Another possibility is that the cookie it is trying to create is for a different website like a pop-up ad, see if you can find the URL and see if it is different than what you've already added.

You forgot to send your overdue $100 payment to the site's owner.  

Really?  I don't know.  Maybe your parents or spouse or significant other installed software that has blocked that site?  Maybe you have a software incompatibility?  Maybe your computer is wearing out?

.... have you tried contacting the owner/support for that site? They would know far better than the general public would, how to help you with their product.
