Why won't it let me use my own picture for my Y!A avatar?

I have tried several times to do this, over thr course of about 4 months now.... every time I go to try & change my picture, I get this message:

"The Edit Picture feature is temporarily unavailable. Please check again later."

Why isn't it working????

Well, it's been working for me - I've changed my avatar picture several times lately. Have a go in the morning when the system is not so busy and perhaps you will have better luck.
