  1. The Mash site will be affected by this also and probably why you are having so much trouble with your page..

Yahoo is in the process of launching a new platform here on this site.

The 360 will no longer be called the 360 after this.. we will have a new blogger and other things which yahoo has not announced yet..

They have set the launch date to be Jan. 8, 2008. Until that then they have stopped doing maintenance on the 360 and have pulled a lot of the server from it to give it to the new platform.

The 360 product blog has a blog posted by Matt Walburton .. the new head of Yahoo.. that explains most of the questions you might have.. here is the link to that blog

    http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360

we just have a short time left to wait for them to be back to full attention to us and the site.. it is hard to have patience.. but we have no choice really..

    good luck friend.

  2. If you have a problem with Mash, you should contact them directly by clicking on the "Help" link on the Mash page, clicking on any question, then clicking the "Customer Care" button on that page. Send in a Help form. They will get back to you in a week or so.

HOWEVER, if you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 to view Y!Mash pages, you should stop. I highly recommend using the Mozilla Firefox browser instead (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ ). Many modules work in Firefox, that don't work in I.E.

Also, you should check all modules added to see if there are errors. If there are, you should remove them as they could be causing problems with your Mash page.

  3. I can only speculate why some modules work only some of the time.

I have seen Mashies work one day, but not the next, then return to working again.  I think it has something to do with the response time from the server.

I was told that some modules fail to load in a certain amount of time and then they "error out".  Hence, you cannot use that particular module.  In short, it's a timing issue and not anything you have done.
