Question:

Why won't my 1993 Acura start?

It started fine in the morning. Next time I tried to start it, it did nothing. Didn't turn over or go click, click, click. The battery has a full charge. Two wierd things: 1) The LCD clock shows the correct time, but it keeps flashing. 2) When I open the door a bell rings like some accessory is on, but nothing is on. It's a different bell than the one that rings if the key is still in the door. I don't know why, but that's what it's doing.

Any ideas?

  1. Try moving your positive and negative wire on you're battery.. it maybe due to corrosion's  build up.

  2. Make sure it's in PARK a likely reason it would beep + wouldn't start.

    Hope that helps :)

  3. a 15 yr old car...needs some work..starter, alternator...could be anything...could be the wiring..
