  1. By turn over do you mean it cranks but doesn't start, or doesn't even try to crank? (different people use the same term to describe both of these conditions.) You also don't say whether it's a hardtop or convertible Sebring, and they're completely different vehicles.

Cranks but won't start, possibilities are limitless. But, an easy and free item to check is the ASD relay (ASD = Auto Shut-Down). That relay controls both the fuel, and the spark. It's in the fuse/relay box under the hood (unless it's a hardtop, in which case it will be a relay with other relays on a bracket, could be 4 relays, or could be 2 relays, but looking at them from the front of the relays with the bracket to the back, it will be the second relay from the left side), and there should be several in there that are the same. On that one, the rear defroster relay should be the same (will probably be labeled as EBL on the cover).

If that doesn't fix it, take it to a shop to have it properly diagnosed. Dealer repair center would be your best option, as they will know where to look and have much more experience on it than an independent shop. Will also keep you from replacing a bunch of parts that don't need replacing by guessing at what is causing the problem.

Won't crank, but all power comes on like normal (no loud clicking when trying to start it). Could be the ignition switch, starter, starter relay, or a few other possibilities. The starter relay is one of those that is the same as the ASD relay (again, unless it's a hardtop), so you could try the EBL relay on it, also. If that doesn't fix it, it will need to be diagnosed to see where the problem is at.

If all you get is a loud click, or a bunch of rapid clicks when trying to start it, it most likely needs a new battery, but could also be a bad starter solenoid, bad alternator, or loose or bad battery cables.

  2. Need more about symptoms. Is it trying to turn over (could be battery), or do you get nothing when you try to start it (plugs may not be in correctly) or is there a little click when you try to turn on the ignition (could be starte motor or it's solonoid). Very difficult to diagnose though without more info.
