Why won't my BlackBerry turn on?

I have a BlackBerry 7130c. Last Friday, while battery was charged, it just turned itself off and would not come on. I took the battery out, the SIM card out, put it back in, etc. After a few hours, I was able to turn it back on like nothing was wrong. Then last night the same thing happened. I plugged it into the wall charger and the red light blinked, and I got a message on the screen that said "device error 424 reset." Then that message disappeared, and nothing happened. Once again, I took the battery and the SIM card out, put them back in, and waited. I was finally able to turn it back on after about an hour. This morning, I had just sent a text message when the phone turned itself off again. I have had no luck getting it back on. What is wrong with it???

  2. Hard to diagnose without a physical check out, what I can tell you is that error 424 is about screen resolution in an IBM computer, but blackberry mmm only if you call your cell service provider, so you get into the blackberry tech support , they must know the error codes.

  3. Maybe the battery needs to be replaced? Just a thought.

  4. it broken bascially.......you need to get a new sim/battery or a new blackberry. Your batterys is probably damaged from taking it out a lot. In my opinion Blackberry are c**p....get an iPhone insted.

    hope i helped!

  5. take it to the store u got it from... maybe there is some sort of manufacture warrenty or something.

Maybe your battery shorted out something, or maybe u got it wet?
