Why won't my Classic Web TV receiver let me log onto Yahoo?

I am asking this question for a friend who can't log onto Yahoo.

I was hoping you might help me relay a message to Yahoo. I don't seem to be able to sign in to the yahoo site at all. To get the info I need on login problems: yahoo wants me to

"login" and go to the help section! Duh!

Anyway, I thought you might ask for me what the trouble might be. I tried to ask yahoo account services if my problem was my Classic Webtv receiver, but my email was returned. It said Address Unknown in the returned email. If you could ask Yahoo if my Webtv receiver is my problem it would be so helpful. I think I would dislike Yahoo if I didn't love the groups so much.

that's always been a problem, better get a cheap or even used computer... I think it's a cookie problem..
