Why won't my Kodak Easyshare C530 stay on, even with new batteries?

I have had my camera for two years now, and I have been pretty happy with it. Lately though, it will not stay on. I will put fresh batteries in it, then it will turn on for a couple seconds then act like it's low on batteries and turn off. I have tried the rechargable batteries and regular store bought batteries, and nothing will keep it on.

Go to the Kodak support site and go through their self-guided trouble shooting help.

If they can't solve your problem then it's probably time to start shopping for new camera.
