Question:

Why won't my MP4 player play MP4 files? I am confused...

I have an MP3/MP4 player - no, not an Ipod, another brand.

I've downloaded MP4's & put them on the player, but it says "invalid file format." So I've tried MPG's, AVI's, and other formats - always the same thing.

Now here's the weird part: They included a sample video which plays fine. But it is an AVI file, not an MP4. But other AVI files won't play on it either!

As Vinny Barbarino said... "I am so confused..."

Any help would be appreciated.
