Why won't my Sony Ericsson connect to the media manager program?

Question

it says "connect phone" and it is connected and there's no FILE button to click connect on.

has anyone had this problem or anyone know what's wrong?

James try rebooting your system also make sure your memory card is in your phone.

Some of the phones will not allow the transfer of files ie music unless there is a memory card in the phone.
