Question:

Why won't my Xbox 360 play the backups I've made to my original games?

I had my Xbox 360 soft modded and it always played games fine. However, all of a sudden alot of the backups I've made won't work. I put a disk in and the Xbox won't read it or it tells me that the disc may be scratched and to clean it. There aren't any notiable scratches or smudges and I've cleaned the games and they still won't work. Someone fill me in on my problem please. lol

  1. Your mod-chip is not right to play the certain games. I suggest you to install with hard mod-chips. Check the following information:

    Check here:

"About the downloading and backup and copy games service: There are serveral sites providing such download services. They are very excellent on the contents, not only Complete big XBox360 games like Metroid, LOR, American Idols and Guitar Heroes etc. But also many movies, XBox360 tv shows, music and videos much more!!!

All you need is to join one of those sites to download so many resources. So you can download all those media as you wish!

And some sites can provide simple software help you to burn the ISO Games into DVDs, it is very easy and fast. After the instructions by them, you can go ahead to play those games you burned onto your XBox360.

Maybe a good review site to those download sites might help you very much on judging which is one is the best for you:
