Why won't my aiptek camera work?

I have a 1 gig Lexar memory card and my camera wont display the stuff right. When i go to my playback it says "file failed" and the image is black. the photos show up but if you go to view them, its black. some videos sort of work but are extremely pixely. when i put the memory card in my printer, most stuff works fine(except for my retarded computer). so its probably my camera so any advice?
