Why won't my anti spy run?

my yahoo anti spy will not run.I sent email to them,they told me to uninstall yahoo toolbar and install it back and I did and I had to restart my computer and I did it twice, it still won't run anti-spy.Iv'e done full scan and nothingseems to work. can anyone help?

Yahoo Anti-Spyware is terrible and does not work properly. When I had it, it completely let viruses and spyware all over my computer and messed it up. If you send me an email from my profile, I can give you the link to get a better all-in-one program like McAfee for free. Just don't want everyone to know about it, that's all.
